Reviewers describe a responsive team that answers questions and explains each step. Many say estimates were close to the final cost, and some say work started and finished sooner than expected. Several mention a family-run feel and friendly office staff.
Recent reviews cover well drilling, pump swaps, and a water filter install after a water test. One reviewer says a text came back within minutes after an after-hours voicemail. Others praise the crew for tidy, efficient work on site.
Reviews split sharply. Several long-time customers describe the team as knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. Recent reviews are harder: two describe missed visits and slow weekend response, and one describes a quote that rose sharply at the end. Detail is limited.
Ten Google reviews give this Sandpoint plumbing team a perfect 5 star average. Reviewers say the two owners answer calls, show up on time, and quote fair prices. Several say they felt treated honestly during stressful leaks.
Reviewers most often describe prompt arrivals, tidy work areas, and polite staff. Several say the crew handled urgent problems the same day. Most recent reviews are five-star, with praise for the team working together on installs. Recent work includes dishwasher installs, irrigation stub-outs, toilet swaps, and repairs to several plumbing issues in Sandpoint and Sagle. One recent one-star review says the team had not followed up in three days on an unfinished job. Newer reviews do not repeat that complaint.
